Hi Jack, first time reader, well I was 3 hours ago when I first discovered this blog, and unable to switch off. I’m currently feeling extremely lucky that I have house insurance and can afford to feed my dog but that’s irrelevant. I just wanted to know if you were vegetarian or if you usually omit meat because of the cost? Thanks, from an interested cook who does eat vegerarian regularly 1.for cost and 2.meat 7 days a week seems unnatural to me.
I eat meat about 2-3 times a week, and fish if I get it reduced! Although the supermarket has BIG frozen bags of fish, I only have a little hatch freezer compartment at the top of my fridge 😦
